You can be the fitness expert that your readers are seeking. Offer them information on the best way to meet their fitness goals. They will soon associate you with those goals and come to your business for more guidance.

3) Local Coverage- There are some great ways to keep your name in the public. Sponsor sports teams and sporting events. There is nothing better that promoting healthy children. Your name will be advertised at the games and maybe even get TV news coverage. Put ads on Buses, Taxis, basically anything that moves. If you name is seen often, people will think of you when they choose a fitness center.
