Do a little research and figure out what the best methods of marketing are and if they fit you business and budget. Write it all down for future reference. You will be able to see if you are meeting your goals that way.

2) Internet Presence -The internet is more important than you think. Using simple marketing methods like articles and videos, you can set yourself apart from your competition. You can be the fitness expert that your readers are seeking. Offer them information on the best way to meet their fitness goals. They will soon associate you with those goals and come to your business for more guidance.

Your name will be advertised at the games and maybe even get TV news coverage. Put ads on Buses, Taxis, basically anything that moves.
